Horrible customer service in office. Big whale with missing teeth acts like she makes the world go around. Rude with extremely poor communication. Spends more time texting and prancing flirty with local drivers, walks their paper work around to the door way so she can giggle all giddy for them. GAG. Rude and ugly. CHEP corporate needs to review this office!! Everyone in the yard was A1 service.
