The bathroom facilities are not the greats and the available info is a little hard to decipher at first
Big Flat parking area is located off of Shippensburg Road and Birch Run Road. It the perfect place to park for ATV, Snowmobile, and mountain bike trail heads in Michaux State Forest. It does have one or two picnic tables and very primitive bathroom facilities.
Also my experience involved being here toward the down season. Reception is spotty across multiple carriers.
